We hear the Voice of the Customer

eG Innovations recently conducted a survey of customers in partnership with TechValidate, an independent provider of customer-sourced, fact-based research services. While we are still analyzing the responses, the initial findings of this survey highlight that eG Enterprise is one of the few monitoring and management solutions that delivers on its promises.

eG Enterprise to support VMware's vSphere 4 Next-Generation Solution
eG Innovations has worked with VMware to further next-generation computing and enable customers to benefit from the Cloud operating system. "We are pleased that eG Innovations is taking the next step to help provide customers with a more flexible, reliable and scalable computing environment," said Bernie Mills, senior director, alliance programs, VMware. Support for vSphere4 in eG Enterprise will be announced shortly. eG Innovations has been a VMware Technology Alliance Partner since 2007. Click here to read the press release.
ExpertAssistSM On-Demand Licensing
The ExpertAssistSM plan from eG Innovations is a first-of-its-kind on-demand SaaS (software as a service) license program. Unique because it includes online and telephone tech support, ExpertAssist allows customers to deploy the eG Enterprise SuiteTM infrastructure monitoring software whenever they want, without having to commit to a long-term or permanent license. Computer Associates Drops Support for Key Enterprise Applications – but eG hasn't!
CA has announced that it no longer provides maintenance and technical support through Unicenter for some of the industry's leading enterprise applications: Weblogic, WebSphere, PeopleSoft and Lotus Notes. Those are among the 85+ applications that eG Enterprise manages out of the box, so if CA's actions affect you, contact eG today.

•  HIMSS09 – eG's monitoring solution was integrated with partner ThinIdentity's VDI solution at the 2009 Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS09) annual conference and exhibition in Chicago April 4-8. The demonstration showed how to streamline and secure application performance management via single-sign to shared VDI sessions from multiple access points.
