| More than 300 people visited our booth, discussed their needs, viewed our demos and picked up literature. Our theme at VMworld was “Virtualization 2.0 is All About Manageability.” We explained that Virtualization 1.0 was about validating virtualization technology in test and development environments without tremendous concern about performance or over-provisioning. In Virtualization 2.0, virtualization has become mainstream and is being deployed for mission critical applications where reliability, performance, right-sizing and ROI are key.
