We are looking for a bright and passionate marketing specialist to execute our marketing strategy, generate awareness and sales leads through multi-channel campaigns, and have a measurable impact on revenue. This position reports directly to the VP of Marketing.

| Responsibilities: |

- Develop a strong understanding of customer needs, product features, competition and how to best position our solutions in the performance management space
|
- Generate awareness and demand for the eG Innovations products in our target verticals and market segments.
|
- Support our growing field sales force and channel partners in the AMERICAS, EMEA and APAC regions through compelling collateral, sales tools, and competitive intelligence.
|
- Manage lead pipeline in Salesforce.com and marketing automation platforms.
|
- Continually refine and develop customer focused content assets (such as sales presentations, website content, case studies, white papers, datasheets, newsletters, etc.) targeting multiple decision makers, e.g. C-Level execs, Business Managers, IT admins and End Users.

- Build and manage a robust social media presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.
|
- Create marketing metrics and report on marketing performance using data from Salesforce.com, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
|
| Requirements: |
 |
- Must be smart, ambitious, and energetic - a results-oriented team player.
|
- Thorough understanding of all aspects of the B2B marketing function.
|
- 3+ years of in-depth B2B marketing experience (vendor or agency side), preferably in the IT management software or enterprise software space.
|
- BA/BS degree. MBA a plus.
|
- Solid marketing campaign experience including planning, developing, executing, monitoring and reporting of marketing campaigns.
|
- Experience with integrated marketing campaigns (must have proven experience with online marketing/advertising, email, direct mail, social media, lead generation, web content development, webinars and online events, live events and tradeshows).
|
- Experience with content marketing and mapping content assets to market segments, buyer personas and buying stages. Copywriting / copyediting experience a plus (please submit writing samples).
|
- Proven experience creating marketing performance reports.
|
- Proficiency in industry-standard sales and CRM systems a must (Salesforce.com), also MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), experience with Adobe CS5 (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) a plus.
|
- Working knowledge of industry-standard marketing automation solutions (Eloqua, Marketo, LeadFormix, etc)
|
- Excellent organizational skills. Attention to detail, ability to handle multiple projects and work fast in a deadline-driven environment.
|
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
|
- Occasional travel required (20%).
|
