EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS PROGRAM
This program is open to all full-time eG Innovations, Inc employees. You can earn a referral fee by referring appropriate candidates you may know to eG Innovations. As the eG Innovations grows, we are continuously seeking experienced personnel. We wish to recognize your efforts in attracting such professionals to the eG Innovations.

REFERRAL BONUS
If you refer a candidate and the company hires the candidate, you are eligible to receive a bonus award. On the 90 th day following the employee's date of hire, if the new employee is still employed as a full-time employee, the company will reward you with a cash bonus for the position filled.

REFERRAL INFORMATION
For you to be eligible to receive the cash bonus, the person(s) you refer to eG Innovations must not have previously contacted eG Innovations or not have been contacted by the eG Innovations for the purpose of exploring employment. At the time or referral, you must provide eG Innovations with a completed Employee Referral Bonus Form (Copy attached) together with the candidate's resume.
