\"\"A:<\/strong> eG Innovations Korea was established in March 2018, opening an office in Seoul at GwangWhaMun Gran Seoul. We have worked at this office since then. We currently have 3 salespersons, 2 support engineers and 2 R&D developers who support our partners and customers. Many of our current customers and partners are pleasantly surprised to know that eG Innovations Korea has its own sales, support and R&D teams to support customers. This means that they get support from eG Innovations Korea directly from local staff and we can support product customizations to suit customers individual needs, especially around language and dashboards.<\/p>\n

Q: What product differentials does eG Innovations offer to the South Korean market?<\/strong><\/p>\n

A:<\/strong> Initially, eG Enterprise entered the Korean market with SAP monitoring<\/a> for large enterprise customers, and grew rapidly, becoming known for in-depth market leading SAP monitoring. Having won significant manufacturing and finance customers, some of those customers have expanded their use of eG Enterprise to their monitoring needs for other technologies such as end-to-end IT infrastructures, VDI and Hybrid-Cloud. Today, we get many calls and questions from customers surrounding end-to-end VDI monitoring<\/a>, an area of expertise eG Innovations is well-known for in Europe and the Americas.<\/p>\n

Q: How can South Korean organizations interested in eG Enterprise\u2019s monitoring solutions learn more or get a demo?<\/strong><\/p>\n

A:<\/strong> Most of our customers initially get information from our existing customer and partners\u2019 sales people. Often customers are interested in monitoring a specific part of their IT infrastructure and particular applications. After implementation, many customers recognize eG Enterprise\u2019s capabilities to cover all of their IT systems and often they ask us to propose solutions for end-to-end monitoring.<\/p>\n

Q: What improvements should eG Innovations make to help our Korean customers?<\/strong><\/p>\n

A:<\/strong> Our Korean customers want to see good, well-designed dashboards, often tailored to their bespoke requirements. Regardless of features, I need to ensure customer demands are met. We are looking to work with partners who can customize and develop new dashboards using APIs supported in eG Enterprise, to ensure that customers are satisfied.
