Caveats

• To use the eG AI Assistant feature, the eG manager must be able to connect to Generative AI services using API calls. Connectivity and firewall rules to allow API access from the eG manager must be configured.

• The results and recommendations in the eGenie - AI Assistant console available in the G Enterprise monitoring console are generated by Generative AI services like ChatGPT and Gemini. eG Enterprise directly presents the results of these recommendations without any changes.

• No additional eG Enterprise license is required to use this capability. However, you should provide a valid API key for the Generative AI service (preferably paid version) that you choose and you are responsible for the API cost incurred by this integration.
