We seek an outstanding Software Developer with 2+ years of real-world experience implementing/working with modern IT technologies including cloud and web applications, microservices and containers, virtualization platforms, virtual desktops and so on. Responsibilities & Duties:
The key responsibilities for this position are:
- Work on the company product Suite that provides Multiplatform Integrated Business Solution
- Design and deliver detailed product demonstrations for customers and prospects
- Responsible to keep track of patches and bug fixes given to the customers through the bug tracking system called ‘eG Tracker'
- Ascertain customer requirements and infrastructure size, and accordingly estimate the workload and time involved in implementing POCs (Proof-Of-Concept)
- Engage in post-POC discussions with the sales team and customers to bring it to a closure
- Provide technical assistance to clients in installing, operating, and upgrading the monitoring suite on Unix and Windows operating systems
- Interface between the customer and the development team to have critical issues resolved
Key skills:
Application server, Citrix, Virtualization, Database, SOLARIS, LINUX, HP-UX, and AIX. Requires travel/relocation to unanticipated client sites throughout the US.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or foreign academic equivalent or the employer will accept education and experience equivalent to bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Information Technology or related field.
- 2 years of experience in job offered, Computer Programmer, Technical Consultant, Support Engineer, Junior Support Engineer, Lead Solutions Delivery, or related field
- Required experience must include experience in Application server, Citrix, Virtualization, Database, SOLARIS, LINUX, HP-UX, and AIX
- Requires travel/relocation to unanticipated client sites throughout the US
- Must be interested in learning new technologies and applying them to solve real world problems
- Must be ambitious, competitive, energetic; should be a results-oriented team player
