• To communicate with you. We use information about you to communicate with you, including to send you technical notices, product updates, security alerts, support communications, and administrative messages about the Product(including important changes to theeG enterprise solution).

We may use information about you to maintain and increase the security of theeG enterprise solution, including to detect, investigate, and prevent fraud and other illegal activities from occurring, as well as to protect the rights and property ofeG enterprise, our customers, and third parties.

This may also include using information about you to create more personalized advertising and suggestourProductthat may be of interest to you. We may also use information about you to facilitate contests, sweepstakes, and promotions, and to process and deliver your entries and rewards.
• To measure ad performance and attribute conversions effectively. We use information about you, in hashed form, to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and to improve campaign performance and attribution accuracy.

The European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR),is in effect from May 25, 2018. It imposes additional requirements upon companies to strengthen the security around and enhance the protection of personal data of EU residents. Retention

You have choices about howeG innovationscollects and uses your personal information.

Account information. Our customers may access, update, or change personal information they have provided to us by logging into the relevant eG innovation application or emailing us at info@eginnovations.com. Subject to the terms of their agreements with us, customers may deactivate their accounts by emailing us at info@eginnovations.com, but we may retain certain personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations or for legitimate business purposes, such as to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements. We may also retain cached or archived copies of personal information for a certain period. 

Advertising. You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from eG innovations  by following the instructions in those emails or by emailing info@eginnovations.com. If you opt out of receiving promotional communications, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relationship.  

International Data Transfers:

Your personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your jurisdiction, which may have different data protection laws. Such transfers are carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws and appropriate safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Where applicable, we comply with recognized frameworks such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and related extensions. You may contact us for questions or complaints regarding data transfers

Our product and services are not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We respect your privacy and, if you choose to cancel such subscription, we will stop sending you emails.
