Data Principal Rights:
At eG Innovations, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your Personal Data. Eligible Data Principals have certain rights regarding their Personal Data processed by us.

1. Right to Access Information
You may request information about the Personal Data concerning you that is being processed by eG Innovations, including, where applicable:
- The Personal Data being processed.
- The processing activities carried out in relation to your Personal Data;
- The purposes for which your Personal Data is being processed; and
- Other information that we are required to provide under applicable law.

2. Right to Correction
You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data maintained by eG Innovations.
When submitting a correction request, please specify:
- The Personal Data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- The corrected information; and
- Any supporting information reasonably necessary to process the request.

3. Right to Erasure
You may request the erasure of your Personal Data, subject to applicable legal, contractual, security, regulatory, or other legitimate requirements that may require us to retain certain information.
Upon receiving a valid request, we will assess whether the Personal Data can be deleted and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law.

4. Right to Withdraw Consent
Where the processing of your Personal Data is based on your consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time.
Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Please note that withdrawing consent may affect our ability to provide certain services, features, communications, or functionality where such processing is necessary.

- Use the available consent setting mechanism on our website, where applicable; or
- Contact privacy@eginnovations.com with the subject line “Withdrawal of Consent Request.”
5. Right to Grievance Redressal
If you have any concern, complaint, or grievance regarding the processing of your Personal Data or the exercise of your Data Principal rights, you may contact our designated Grievance Redressal Officer.

6. Right to Nominate
Subject to applicable law, you may nominate another individual who may exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity.

The request should contain information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and establish the nominee's details.

To exercise any of the above rights, please email privacy@eginnovations.com with:
- Your name;
- Contact details associated with your relationship with eG Innovations, where applicable;
- The specific right you wish to exercise;
- Details of your request;
- Any supporting information necessary to process the request; and
- For nominee requests, the relevant nominee details and supporting information.
