Business Development Manager

1. To conduct in-depth market research and analysis to determine the business strategy and feasibility of business opportunities

2. Develop Channels, negotiate new partnerships and business alliances.

3. To put in place and implement an effective sales distribution strategy for achieving short and long term country business objectives including stated sales goals and market share

4. Collaborate with Regional Team to support partners and customers. Be responsible for the end-to-end cooperation process

5. Maintain a good relationship with existing partners and responsible for day-to-day communications, tracking all partners pipeline and assist them to achieve set targets.

6. Collaborate with partners and backend team to implement promotional and marketing events/programs.

7. Communicating new product and solution developments to partners, clients and prospective clients, providing feedback to the Regional Team.

8. Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings with potential customers/end-users/influencers/authorities/industry associations.

9. Be the first contact to potential partners, planning and preparing presentations and coordinating further activities in the organization to achieve tighter relations with potential prospects

10. Explore and identify new business potential or opportunities and provide sound recommendation to management for further action.


Have not less than five years of experience Business Development / Channel Management Background within IT Industry and not less than 3 years in at least 7 out of the 10 responsibilities.

Candidates should have at least 3 years experience with Software Solution Sales background between not more than 2 employers.
