Duties:
With a high level of independent decision making authority, the ideal candidate will:

Lead software engineers in product development; |

Implement deployments of the company's web-based monitoring solution at customer sites. Fine-tune these deployments to ensure maximum performance. |

Understand key opportunities for future product development. Develop architecture for these deployments, and interface with the product team to ensure that new products are architected to meet these requirements. |

Provide product demonstrations and conduct proof-of-concept at customer sites to demonstrate how the company's products (web-based monitoring solutions) fit the requirements of these customers. Develop reports highlighting the usefulness of the company's products in these environments. |

Track the evolution of industry standard protocols (HTTP, SNMP, JMX, WMI) and architect how the company's products (web-based monitoring solutions) should be designed to meet these standards. |
Requirement: Master's degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, or Computer Engineering, or Electronics Engineering, with one year of experience.

Requirements:

Four plus years of experience in a professional services role working with clients. |

Exposure to Citrix, VMware, and other virtualization technologies is a plus. |

Prior experience with enterprise monitoring tools is desired. |

Prior experience working with customers European countries is a plus. |
