For clients who choose to own the technology in-house, we will also be a value added reseller for the eG Enterprise Suite of products. In a typical engagement, Net Consulting will use eG Enterprise to collect, correlate and store comprehensive performance data from client infrastructure components, including network devices, both physical and virtual servers and enterprise application components, such as Microsoft Terminal Services, Citrix XenApp servers, web servers, database servers and mail servers. Using the eG Enterprise Reporter, Net Consulting will provide customers comprehensive reports showing comparisons with automatically-generated KPIs and thresholds, infrastructure health, areas for improvement (e.g., load balancing across server farms), or specific causes of performance problems. Net Consulting will use this information to make recommendations to clients on how to eliminate bottlenecks, improve overall service levels, achieve optimum use of the existing computing resources, support capacity planning and make informed investment decisions.
