With eG Enterprise Universal Insight, administrators have detailed visibility into the performance of every layer, every tier of the Citrix infrastructure - including the Citrix tiers and the non-Citrix tiers (VMware, storage, network, profile servers, Active Directory, etc.). Using agent or agentless monitoring, eG Enterprise collects key user experience and resource metrics for every tier.
The metrics are auto-baselined and any deviations from the norm are flagged as proactive alerts. The state of each tier is presented in an easy to understand layer model representation and alerts are prioritized automatically based on which layer they relate to. Administrators can now easily pin-point which layer is causing a problem.
