Srinivas Ramanathan
President, Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Prior to starting eG Innovations, Srinivas was a senior research scientist at Hewlett-Packard Laboratories in Palo Alto, California from 1994-2000. At HP, Srinivas was the chief architect of Firehunter, an ISP performance monitoring solution. He was also a key contributor to the second version of HP's WebQoS product for enabling Quality of Service for web applications. Srinivas has co-authored more than forty technical papers and has been a co-inventor of fourteen US patents. He has a PhD in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of California, San Diego and a Masters in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai, India.

Tim Clark
VP – Sales, North America

Tim brings in-depth knowledge of the technology management arena with specific focus on networks and applications management. Having co-founded TAVVE Software in 1998, one of America's top root cause analysis vendors, where he was Vice President of Business Development responsible for partner development and channel sales. Prior to TAVVE he founded Computer Networking Techniques Inc., a technology sales and sales management consulting company for high tech start ups Distributed Networks, UniSync, FiberCAP and AiroNet . Growing the company from a one-person startup in 1990 to over $50 million in client company sales has given Tim a unique look at what it takes to deliver high-quality solutions to clients. Clark has spent over 35 years focused on providing solutions that solved customers' business needs.

Anand Sampath
Chief Financial Officer

Anand has been associated with eG since its inception and is responsible for all financial, accounting, tax, budgeting, and implementation of financial systems and controls across all geographies that eG operates in. Anand has over a decade's experience in progressive finance and business related functions in various industries while working for companies like Bayer, Cairn Energy and Mikuni. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Kamil Ariff
Head – Services

Kamil has over ten years of experience in the Information Technology field and has managed large multi-location teams in successful project implementations across various organizations. He has worked extensively over the entire spectrum of the software development life cycle. Prior to eG Innovations, he worked with Technet Computer Services and has led teams in successful development and implementation of Supply Chain Management products. He has a Master's Degree in Computer Science and a Master's Degree in International Trade. Kamil has extensive knowledge in database management systems and is an Oracle Certified Database Administrator.

Bala Murugan Vaidhinathan
Chief Architect

Since joining eG Innovations in 2000, Bala Murugan has been instrumental in the design, architecture, and evolution of the eG product suite, and is the co-inventor on eG's technology patent.
Currently, Bala Murugan heads the solution development and delivery team for America, working closely with eG's sales team and partners in the region. Prior to joining eG Innovations, Bala Murugan was with Transys Technologies, where he was responsible for the design and development of one of the earliest J2EE portals in the late 90s. He has a Masters Degree in Computer Science, with extensive experience in multi-tier application development using Java and Microsoft technologies.
