Demand and Lead Generation Specialist

eG Innovations ( is a Singapore-based SaaS company that provides IT performance monitoring for businesses around the world. As employees and customers, we’re all impacted by slow or unresponsive applications or websites. eG Innovation’s software helps IT teams ensure that applications are always available and responsive for their users. 

 To help support our rapid growth, we require a talented marketing person to handle global demand generation and lead generation. You will need to help the regional sales teams generate new leads by organizing and promoting their webinars, managing our LinkedIn paid social campaigns, and managing our outbound email campaigns on a global and regional level. 

 You will be required to work closely with regional sales teams in Singapore, Europe and North America. 

 The position is based in Chennai and you will be reporting to the Marketing Director who is based in the UK. 


  • Manage the logistics of new live webinars by coordinating with regional sales teams and product heads to ensure a steady stream of webinars in each region
  • Manage the promotion of webinars through paid channels to generate leads
  • Manage the paid social campaigns on LinkedIn including the matched audience databases to generate brand awareness, visits to the eG website and leads
  • Manage email outreach campaigns using researched lists provided by the BDR and SDR team to generate awareness, website visits and leads
  • Manage email campaigns for the regional sales teams based on their requirements
  • Work with the regional sales teams and manage re-engagement campaigns to past leads and opportunities
  • Assist regional sales teams with web page and document translation requirements and coordinating with our translation agency


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as you will be working with sales teams in Singapore, Europe, and North America
  • Experience managing and promoting webinars
  • Proven track record of driving registrations to webinars
  • Experience optimizing email campaigns for open rates, clicks and replies
  • Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • A degree or similar qualification in marketing
  • Knowledge of Hubspot and Salesforce is a plus
  • Knowledge of the IT industry is a plus
