Addendum: Free Use Terms

1. Free Use License

The Service is provided at no cost for eligible users under a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license. This license is granted solely for evaluation or non-commercial internal use.

2. Usage Limits

The free license is restricted to monitoring up to three (3) applications or up to fifty (50) users, whichever limit is reached first, per organization. These limits are strictly enforced and may not be bypassed through multiple registrations or other means.

3. Limited Support

Support for the free version of the Service is limited to email-based assistance only. Support is available during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time, excluding public holidays) and is provided on a best-effort basis, without any guaranteed response time or resolution.

4. Termination Rights

eG Innovations reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or discontinue the free Service at any time, with or without notice, and for any reason at its sole discretion. Users agree that eG Innovations shall not be liable to them or any third party for such termination.

5. No Warranty

The free Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eG Innovations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of the free Service.

7. No SLA or Uptime Guarantee

The free Service does not include any service level agreement (SLA), performance commitment, or uptime guarantee. Availability of the Service may be interrupted or limited at any time without liability.
