Uninstalling eG Agent on Linux Using Ansible

eG Enterprise provides a proprietary Ansible Playbook for uninstalling eG agents on Linux. This playbook automates all the processes involved in a typical Linux agent uninstallation, and thus, enables you to silently perform this task on multiple remote Linux targets, at the same time.

If you want to use this playbook to uninstall those Linux agents that were not originally installed using Ansible, then do the following:

• First, make sure that you fulfill the requirements outlined in Pre-requisites for Uninstalling eG Agent on Linux Using Ansible.

• Then, proceed to uninstall the Linux agents using the procedure discussed in How to Uninstall Linux Agents Using Ansible?

On the other hand, if you want to use this playbook to uninstall only those Linux agents that were originally installed using Ansible, then simply proceed to uninstall the Linux agents using the procedure discussed in How to Uninstall Linux Agents Using Ansible?
