2X Gateway Status
This test periodically checks the availability of each 2X Gateway server configured in the environment, and in the process reveals which gateway is unavailable, and which gateway is not responding quickly to connection requests.

Query2XPath |
While monitoring Parallels RASs of v10.0 (and higher), this test will automatically discover the full path to the install directory of the server. This is why, this parameter is set to none by default. However, while monitoring older versions of the Parallels RAS (i.e., versions prior to v10.0), you will have to explicitly specify the full path to the install directory of the Parallels RAS in the Query2XPath text box. |

An increase in response time can be caused by several factors such as a server bottleneck, a configuration problem with the DNS server, a network problem, etc. |
