AWS Connect Service Layer

Using the tests associated with the AWS Connect Service Layer (see Figure 1), you can monitor the following:

  • Number of voice calls that exceeded the concurrent calls quota.

  • Number of voice calls per second.

  • Number of call recordings that failed to upload to the Amazon S3 bucket.

  • Number of concurrent active voice calls.

  • Number of calls that failed due to misconfigured phone Number.

  • Number of missed voice calls.

  • Number of throttled calls.
