Storm Supervisors Layer

Using the tests associated with the Storm Supervisors layer (see Figure 1), you can monitor the following:

• Count of total/used/free worker slots in Supervisor node.

• Count of total/used/available CPU cores in Supervisor node.

• Percentage of available CPU for Supervisor node from the total CPU of the target server.

• Size of total/used/available memory in Supervisor node.

• Percentage of available memory in Supervisor node.

• Any unscheduled reboots of the Supervisor node that occurred recently.

• Maximum time that the Supervisor node has been up since its last reboot.

• Number of Topologies, Executors and Workers in Supervisor node.
