How to Monitor Citrix ADM HDX and Web Insight Using eG Enterprise?

eG Enterprise monitors Citrix ADM HDX and Web Insight appliances in an agentless manner. All that is required is a single eG agent deployed on a remote Windows host in the environment. This agent runs various tests that have been engineered to make NITRO API calls to the appliances to pull the metrics that Insight has captured. To enable the eG agent to run these tests, the eG agent should be configured with the credentials of a user with read-only permissions to the HDX and Web Insight appliances. In order to monitor the appliances, first manage the HDX and Web Insight components using eG administrative interface. The procedure for achieving this has been explained in the following sections:
