Access Gateway Authentications Test

In the Citrix StoreFront server, Callback URLs are configured to verify if requests received from the NetScaler Gateway appliance actually originate from that appliance only. If StoreFront takes too long to verify and authenticate the source of the NetScaler requests, users will experience a significant delay when attempting to access published apps via StoreFront. This is why, administrators should track Callback calls made by StoreFront and proactively detect any current or potential latency in the processing of these calls. The Access Gateway Authentications test can help administrators with this.

This test reports the rate at which Callback calls are processed by StoreFront. In addition, the time taken for verifying the authenticity of the NetScaler requests via Callback calls is also measured. This way, the test sheds light on possible bottlenecks in the processing of Callback calls.

Target of the test : Citrix StoreFront Server

Agent deploying the test : An internal/remote agent

Outputs of the test : One set of results for the Citrix Storefront server being monitored.
