OceanStor Network Layer

Using the tests mapped to this layer (see ), administrators can ascertain the following:

• Number of packets that were lost/transmitted with errors during transmission

• Number of FC/iSCSI ports that have been newly connected/disconnected to/from the storage system

• Number of lost signals and failed connections during transmission

• FC ports that display abnormal behavior

• Read/write bandwidth/IOPS and network usage of the port

• Overall health and running status of the ethernet ports, expansion modules, FC ports, interface modules, and serial ports
