How Does eG Enterprise Monitor the Microsoft AVD Broker?
eG Enterprise provides a specialized Microsoft AVD Broker model to monitor a the AVD connection broker service. To collect metrics on connection brokering, eG Enterprise employs an agentless monitoring approach - i.e., it uses an eG remote agent deployed on any Windows/Linux host/VM in the environment.
In order to collect these metrics, the eG remote agent does the following:

Communicates with the Azure subscription and tenant, which are managing the target AVD host pools, and pulls metrics using Azure ARM REST API calls;
