The Call Quality Analytics Layer

Use the tests mapped to this layer to figure out poor audio/video/VBSS streams. The tests mapped to this layer further helps to identify what is causing poor call quality in Microsoft Teams - is it due to network connectivity? or packet loss? or jitter? The feedback provided by the users helps administrators identify the users who are not satisfied with the Quality of Service on Microsoft Teams.
