The Logical Storage Layer

Using the tests associated with this layer, the following can be monitored:

  • Usage of volumes to isolate the over-used and overloaded volumes;
  • Disk and file usage quotas
  • Space usage in LUNs
  • Usage of LUNs to isolate the LUN that is used excessively
