The Salesforce Instance Layer

Using the tests mapped to this layer, you can do the following:

• Monitor the logon experience of the Salesforce users, promptly detect logon slowness/failures, and accurately isolate the root-cause;

• Determine the status of the Salesforce instance on which the target organization resides;

• Check the availability and responsiveness of the Salesforce API
