How does eG Enterprise Monitor Cisco Wireless LAN Controller?

eG Enterprise monitors the Cisco Wireless LAN Controller using an eG external agent that is deployed on any remote host in the environment. This agent communicates with the Cisco Wireless LAN Controller and collects the performance metrics from the SNMP MIB of the controller.
