DB2 Purescale Manager Layer

The tests mapped to this layer monitor the Cluster Manager, and report key metrics like current state of the member, time since last restart, if the server has evern been restarted etc. These metrics provide administrators with valuable insights about the member servers in DB2 Purescale and help them identify and preempt issues.
