Monitoring Boomi Service

eG Enterprise offers a special-purpose monitoring model for the Boomi Service to monitor the status and overall performance of the target Boomi Service.

Figure 1 depicts the layer model of Boomi Service.

Every layer in the Figure 1 is mapped to various tests to determine the critical statistics related to the performance of the target Boomi Service. Using the metrics reported by the tests, administrators can find accurate answers for the following performance queries:

• Is the Boomi Enterprise Platform active?

• Are there any AtomSphere license types that are utilized to the full?

• Is the Boomi Runtime or Atom online?

• Have the APIs encountered errors while execution?

• Is there a time delay while executing the APIs?

• Is the response time upon execution of the APIs optimal?
