Equipment PSU Control - Intersight Test
A Cisco equipment chassis managed by Cisco Intersight can be provided with one or more hot-swappable power supplies. Each power supply is fitted with a control unit which maintain the inputs and output power voltage. As issues in the power supply units can adversely impact the performance of the blade servers in a chassis, administrators need to promptly detect power-related issues and rectify them before any irrepairable damage is done.
This test aids in the timely detection of issue with power supply control unit by collection of key metrics like status of power supply control, status of input and output power etc.
Target of the test : Cisco Intersight
Agent deploying the test : A remote agent
Outputs of the test : One set of results for each PSU control managed by Cisco Intersight
