DB2 Server Layer

Besides revealing if the server has been restarted, the tests associated with the DB2 Server layer indicate the time elapsed since last restart, total uptime of the server and if the server is under maintenance. These measurements together serve as effective indicators of the processing ability of the DB2 server.
