Managing a Dizzion Frame Desktops Component

Follow the procedure detailed below to manage a Dizzion Frame Desktops component in eG Enterprise:

1. Login to the eG administrative interface as a user who has been assigned the Admin role.

2. In the eG Admin console, under Cloud Desktops, choose Dizzion Frame Desktops (see Figure 1).

3. Figure 2 will then appear with a list of currently managed Frame Desktop Groups. Choose the frame desktop that needs to be monitored.

4. In Figure 3 that appears, provide a Nick name for the Dizzion Frame Desktops component being added. Make sure that the nick name you specify here is the same as the nick name you provided for the Dizzion Frame Desktop component when configuring the eG VM Agent (see Configuring the eG VM Agent to Communicate with the eG Manager/eG Remote Agent topic).

5. The Dizzion Frame Desktop is now managed and ready to be monitored (see Figure 4). Configured Frame Desktop groups and performance by group can be monitored in the Monitor console of eG Enterprise.
