An eG external agent is required for monitoring the Microsoft Azure Data Factory.

Since a default external agent is bundled into every eG Enterprise installation, the same agent can be used for monitoring the Microsoft Azure Data Factory. Therefore, no additional monitoring licenses will be required for Microsoft Azure Data Factory monitoring.
