The Viva Engage Users Layer

The tests mapped to this layer help administrators can do the following:

• isolate the user who is most active on Microsoft Viva Engage;

• determine the level of user activity on Microsoft Viva Engage on a periodical basis;

• determine the type of activity (like, post or read) that was most frequently performed by the users;

• determine the count of active and inactive users on Microsoft Viva Engage and;

• identify the device type that is most commonly used by users to login into Microsoft Viva Engage.
