How to Monitor Omnissa Horizon RDS Using eG Enterprise?

eG Enterprise monitors the Omnissa Horizon RDS server in both agent-based and agentless manners.

Managing the Omnissa Horizon RDS

1. Log into the eG administrative interface.

2. eG Enterprise cannot automatically discover Omnissa Horizon RDS. You need to manually add the server using the COMPONENTS page (see Figure 1) that appears when the Infrastructure -> Components -> Add/Modify menu sequence is followed. Remember that components manually added are managed automatically.

3. Specify the Host IP and the Nick name of the Omnissa Horizon RDS in Figure 1. The Omnissa Horizon RDS server is monitored in both Agentless and Agent based manners. Then, click the Add button to register the changes.

4. Finally, signout of the eG administrative interface
