The OCI Load Balancer Backend Set Layer

This layer tracks the overall status of the backend set, reports the health, connection activity, data flow, HTTP response codes, and response times. In addition, this layer tracks the total number of backend sets to provide a comprehensive view of load balancer health and backend service availability.
