The Outside View of VMs Layer

The tests mapped to this layer automatically discover the IP address of every cloud PC where a VM agent configured with this Windows 365 Cloud PCs Group's nick name is running. The powered-on state of each desktop is reported. Also, the user logins and logouts on each physical desktop is tracked, and the recent logins and logouts are reported.
