TSP Events Test
In certain cases users prefer standard telephony for connecting to Zoom meeting and Webinar's audio. Zoom allows certain carrier partners to provision Telephony Service Provider (TSP) audio to users. For users to use TSP audio, carrier partners must create a TSP user account with Zoom for the users. The support for TSP comes only with Pro or higher subscription. It is important to monitor which all users are using the TSP, for administrators to have full idea of infrastructure being used.
This test subscribes to TSP events and gather metrics like number of time events like TSP user added, TSP user deleted etc. are raised.
The detailed diagnosis of these measured also provide the details of the events like time of the event, User Id, Dial-In numbers, update information etc.
Target of the test : Zoom
Agent deploying the test : A remote agent
Outputs of the test : One set of results for the monitored Zoom account
