eG Innovations Selected by Citrix IT Operations Events Team to Ensure a Great User Experience at Citrix Synergy 2017

Premier Citrix Infrastructure Performance Management and Diagnosis Solution Helps Power the World's Largest Citrix Conference for Third Consecutive Year

Iselin, NJ – May 22, 2017 - eG Innovations, a leading IT performance management software provider, announced today that Citrix has once again selected its flagship product, eG Enterprise, as the exclusive performance monitoring solution for Citrix Synergy 2017, from May 23 – 25, in Orlando, Fla. eG Enterprise has been the exclusive applications and infrastructure performance monitor for Citrix Synergy and Summit on-site IT operations since early 2015.

Citrix Synergy's events team deploys and manages a dedicated IT infrastructure to drive a host of keynotes, sessions, labs and workshops throughout the three-day event. IT operations is undeniably the foundation of a great event for all presenters, exhibitors and attendees. And, the experienced Citrix team understands how to leverage the right tools and technology to drive efficiency and make the three-day event a success.

"We are excited that eG Enterprise is continually selected to be among the right tools for Citrix Synergy," said Srinivas Ramanathan, chief executive officer, eG Innovations. "The Citrix IT operations events team has relied on our end-to-end infrastructure performance monitoring and auto-diagnosis solution for its key global events – Citrix Synergy and Citrix Summit – for several years. We are proud of this strong and long-term partnership, and it is a strong indicator of the importance of eG Enterprise to help ensure IT service delivery success for any Citrix-driven organization."

In late 2014, the Citrix events team looked for a solution to help the company improve its efficiency at its annual conferences. At each Citrix Synergy event, the company runs a complement of Citrix technologies plus many others: XenApp, XenDesktop, StoreFront, Citrix Licensing, Receiver, NetScaler, XenMobile, Server Infrastructure, Active Directory, SQL Server, Exchange Server, Storage Arrays and Switches. Since selecting eG Enterprise, Citrix has been able to save time, money and is assured that their monitoring tool will always keep pace with the newest Citrix technologies, a critical requirement for introducing and promoting the company's latest technology advances.

"As our on-site infrastructure grew, so did the management consoles, and we found ourselves using multiple vendor solutions to monitor each environment, whether network, software, or hardware, along with our own monitoring systems," said Fabian Wright, technical marketing manager. "eG Enterprise greatly simplified our monitoring tasks by giving us visibility across the entire infrastructure from a single console. With eG Enterprise, we now have an end-to-end, single product that is capable of monitoring all our services – both hardware and software."

"We choose eG Enterprise again and again as our single, unified console for monitoring performance across the entire on-site infrastructure – both inside and outside of Citrix technologies, from the user experience all the way down to the hardware. It's an invaluable part of our operational strategy," added Wright.

eG Innovations will be at the Citrix Synergy Solutions Expo and exhibiting at booth #407. eG Innovations will also be conducting a live demonstration of its eG Enterprise solution on Tuesday, May 23rd at 11:15 a.m. EDT in the Citrix Ready booth, #102.
