The ASA Hardware Layer

The tests mapped to this layer will enable you to instantly detect the following:

• Hardware failures and the type of hardware that has failed;
• Abnormal CPU usage by the ASA device;
• Excessive memory usage by the device, and the memory pool from which maximum memory resoures have been drained;
