How to Monitor Windows 365 Cloud PCs Using eG Enterprise?

This involves the following steps:

  1. Install an eG agent on a remote Windows/Linux host in the environment;

  2. Install and start an eG VM Agent on every desktop you want monitored;

  3. Configure every eG VM Agent with the details of the remote agent it should communicate with and the Windows 365 Cloud PCs Group component it should monitor;

  4. If required, you can override the default port number at which the eG remote agent listens;

  5. Manage the Windows 365 Cloud PCs Group component using the eG administrative interface;

  6. View the real-time state and metrics of the managed Windows 365 Cloud PCs Group component in the eG monitoring console
