2025 Korea Partner Business Planning Meeting

On Tuesday, April 22, 2025, eG Innovations Korea hosted a strategic partner meeting on the 8th-floor of the Seoul Finance Center on Sejong-daero, marking the start of FY25.

The session brought together sales and engineering representatives from five key partners:
Good Morning Information Technology, Ringnet, HCINFO, WIZCORE, and Timegate, to share updates on eG Innovations’ partner strategies, the latest features in eG Enterprise v7.5, and procurement-related plans.

Starting this fiscal year, there has been a notable change in distribution structure. HCINFO, which served as the exclusive distributor for the past two years, will now operate as the public procurement distributor in charge of Korea ON-Line E-Procurement System (KONEPS).

What is KONEPS?

KONEPS (Korea ON-line E-Procurement System) is South Korea’s centralized e-procurement platform, run by the Public Procurement Service (PPS). It streamlines public purchasing by handling everything from bidding to payment online. Integrated with over 160 systems, KONEPS boosts efficiency, transparency, and fairness. Open to local and international suppliers, it’s globally recognized as a leading model for transparent, efficient, and corruption-resistant public procurement. From FY25 onward, eG Innovations Korea will no longer operate through a general distributor, but instead will receive orders and provide technical support directly to partner companies.

During the session, we introduced six key feature updates available with eG Enterprise v7.5:

  • The eG Innovations’ Universal Simulator
  • Enhanced user and virtual desktop monitoring
  • Integration with generative AI tools
  • Expanded hybrid cloud monitoring capabilities
  • Strengthened Application Performance Monitoring (APM)
  • Improved SAP monitoring

In addition, HCINFO provided a briefing on public procurement registration, shared details on the procurement handling process for partners, and introduced current promotions. The presentation was met with high interest and active questions from the attending partners.
