How to Monitor Dell Wyse Thin Clients Using eG Enterprise?

This involves the following broad steps:

1. Install an eG agent on a remote Windows/Linux host in the environment;

2. Register the Dell Wyse thin clients with the Wyse Management Suite (WMS).

3. Install and start a Dell Wyse Thin Client Agent on every Dell Wyse Thin Client you want to monitor;

4. From the WMS Console, configure every Dell Wyse Thin Client Agent with the details of the eG manager / remote agent it should talk to, and the Dell Wyse Client Group component it should monitor;

5. If required, you can override the default port (60010) at which the remote agent listens;

6. Manage the Dell Wyse Client Group component using the eG administrative interface;

7. View the real-time state and metrics of the managed Dell Wyse Client Group component in the eG monitoring console
