How does eG Enterprise monitor Zoom

eG Enterprise monitors Zoom in an agentless manner using eG remote agent on windows host. A single eG agent deployed on a remote Windows host in the environment can be configured to run API commands at periodic intervals to pull a wide range of useful diagnostics on Zoom. Zoom also provides Webhook service which allows event based notification to clients which can be read by remote eG agent. To enable the eG agent to use the API and Webhooks to monitor Zoom, a list of pre-requisites should be fulfilled. To know how to do this, refer to the section that follows.

Note: Zoom component cannot be monitored if the eG remote agent is deployed on a Linux host.
