Webinar Participant Events Test

Zoom provides lot of features to the participants and allows them to take many actions during the flow of Webinar. These actions provide the flexibility to the participants to join of leave the webinar using the link, change the role etc. The success of these actions is key to positive user experience, that is the reason it is important to monitor the meeting for participant events for administrators to ensure that webinar flow is progressing smoothy and users have the flexibility to take actions.

These actions are published by Zoom as events which are captured by this test and key metrics are collected like number of events related participant joining or leaving the webinar, participant allowed or left in the room etc. These metrics allow administrators to ensure that webinar experience is smooth.

The detailed diagnosis of each of these metrics also reveal details like name and time of the event. webinar topic, type of webinar, participant id, webinar id etc.
